Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 15, 2026
At Glxy Studio, we are committed to being transparent about how we handle your data. This Privacy Policy explains what data our apps and website may collect, how that data is used, when third-party services are involved, and how you can contact us about deletion or privacy requests.
1. Data We Collect and How We Use It
Different Glxy Studio apps have different features. Depending on the app and the actions you choose, we may process the following data only as needed to provide the requested feature:
- Account and profile data: If an app supports accounts, profiles, saved settings, or cloud sync, we may collect the information you provide, such as app preferences, saved records, or account identifiers.
- Authentication and cloud storage: Some apps use Google Firebase for secure user authentication and cloud storage of app data that you choose to save or sync.
- User-submitted content: Some apps may let you submit photos, text, audio, or other content so the app can identify, analyze, generate, recommend, save, or personalize results for you.
- Device permissions: Apps may request camera, photo library, microphone, or similar permissions only when a feature needs that access. You can revoke permissions in your device settings.
- Usage and diagnostics: We may receive limited technical information needed to keep the website and apps reliable, understand aggregate usage, and troubleshoot support requests.
2. AI and User-Submitted Content
Some Glxy Studio apps include AI-powered features. PSL GlowUp version 1.0, including the current submitted binary, does not include third-party AI processing and does not send user photos, onboarding answers, or profile inputs to AI providers. When another app, or a future version of an app, actively offers an upload-based AI feature, the content you choose to submit may be sent to third-party AI service providers or infrastructure providers strictly to complete your request.
- Purpose: AI processing is used to provide the requested feature, such as identification, analysis, generation, recommendations, personalization, or similar app functionality.
- PSL current version: PSL GlowUp does not send onboarding photos, onboarding answers, or profile inputs to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/Gemini, Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, or any third-party AI provider.
- Consent: If a future feature sends personal data or photos to a third-party AI service, the app will explain what data is sent, identify who receives it, and ask for your permission before sending that data.
- No sale or tracking: We do not sell your personal data and do not use submitted content to track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising.
3. PSL GlowUp Face Data
PSL GlowUp may ask you to provide front and side face photos during onboarding. In the current submitted version of PSL GlowUp, these onboarding photos are used only for local onboarding preview and local plan calibration.
- What is collected: The current PSL onboarding flow may temporarily use the front and side photos you select or capture. PSL does not create face templates, face recognition identifiers, biometric IDs, or identity-verification profiles from these photos.
- How it is used: The photos are used only to show the onboarding preview and calibrate the local plan experience. They are not used to identify who you are.
- Sharing and AI: In the current submitted version, PSL onboarding face photos and profile inputs are not uploaded to Glxy Studio servers, not saved to cloud storage, not shared with third-party AI providers, and not used to train AI models.
- Retention: These onboarding photos are retained only in app memory during the onboarding flow and are cleared before the paywall or home screen.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Your financial security is our priority. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card or bank information. All payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
We may use RevenueCat to validate subscription status and entitlements. We share an anonymous app user ID and related purchase status so you receive the premium features you paid for.
5. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
We do not display third-party advertisements in our premium applications. We do not sell user data and do not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising. Our website may use Vercel Web Analytics or similar privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate traffic and performance.
6. Device Permissions
Our apps may request camera, photo library, microphone, or audio permissions only when specific features need them. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
7. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the app feature, maintain your account or purchase access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or support security and troubleshooting. You may request deletion of data associated with your app account or support request by contacting us.
