Terms of Service

Welcome to Glxy Studio. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile applications or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. User Content and AI Features

Some Glxy Studio apps may allow you to submit photos, text, audio, or other content. Some features may use AI or other automated processing when you actively choose to use those features. By submitting content to a feature, you agree that:

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must own the rights or have permission to use it.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, explicit, or violates the rights of others.
• AI Content Restrictions: You agree not to use our AI features to generate, analyze, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or intended to deceive.
• Processing License: You grant Glxy Studio and our necessary service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to process the content you submit strictly for operating, securing, and supporting the requested app feature.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Apple App Store: All subscriptions and in-app purchases on iOS are processed via the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's billing rules and the Apple Standard EULA.
• Google Play Store: All subscriptions on Android are processed via Google Play and are subject to Google's Terms of Service. Refunds are subject to Google Play refund policies.
• Auto-Renewal: Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account before the renewal deadline shown by Apple or Google.
• Lifetime Purchases: If an app offers a lifetime purchase, it is a one-time in-app purchase for the eligible features described in that app.
• Refunds: We cannot process refunds directly; please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.

4. Termination and API Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you attempt to overload, scrape, bypass limits, maliciously attack our apps, website, backend, subscription systems, AI providers, or infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability and Accuracy

Our services are provided "AS IS". Our apps are not a substitute for professional advice or appraisal services. AI-based identifications, valuations, and estimates are for informational purposes only, and we do not guarantee complete accuracy.
