How does PSL GlowUp handle face photos? V
In PSL GlowUp version 1.0, onboarding front and side face photos are used only for local preview and local plan calibration. They are not uploaded, not saved, not used for biometric identification, and not sent to third-party AI providers.
How do I cancel my subscription? V
Subscriptions are managed through your app store account. On iPhone, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. On Android, open Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
How do I request a refund? V
Refunds are processed by the app store where you made the purchase. For Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use your Play Store order history.
How do I change my subscription plan? V
Open your device app store subscription settings, select the app, and choose a different plan from the available options.
How do I get an invoice or receipt? V
Apple and Google send receipts to the email address connected to your store account. You can also view purchase history through the store account page.
How do I restore my purchases? V
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase, then use Restore Purchases in the app settings or subscription screen.
How do I delete my account? V
If the app has account functionality, use Delete Account or Remove Account in the app settings. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an app store subscription.
